Preparing For Your Visit
To ensure your screening results are as accurate as possible, please follow these essential steps:
  • Fast for 8 Hours: Please refrain from all food and drinks (coffee/tea/alcohol) for at least 8 hours before your appointment. 
  • Stay hydrated: We highly encourage you to drink plenty of plain water. Proper hydration makes the blood collection process faster and more comfortable for you.
  • Arrival Time: Our team will be ready to receive you. Please come 5 minutes prior to your scheduled slot.
  • What to Bring: Please bring along your NRIC or Identity Card to facilitate registration.

A: Fasting ensures that nutrients recently absorbed from food do not artificially spike your blood sugar or cholesterol levels, providing a "baseline" for your health.

Q: Can I take my regular medication?
A: Generally, yes. Please continue your chronic medications (e.g. blood pressure, cholesterol) but skip any diabetic medication until after your blood is drawn. If unsure, please WhatsApp our clinic number (6962 1362) during opening hours.

Q: How long will my results take?
A: Most reports will be ready within 3-5 working days. For those tests that need to be sent to laboratories abroad, it may take 2-3 weeks. Our staff will follow up with you, and be ready to answer queries you may have.

Q: Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
 A: Please reschedule or cancel the appointment 48 hours before the stated timing.
