Preparing For Your Visit
To ensure your screening results are as accurate as possible, please follow these essential steps:
  • Fast for 8 Hours: Please do not eat food and drinks (coffee/tea/alcohol) 8 hours before your appointment. 
  • Stay hydrated: You must drink plenty of plain water. Proper hydration makes the blood collection process faster and more comfortable for you.
  • Clothing Choice: As this package includes Resting ECG, we recommend wearing a loose-fitting, two-piece outfit. This allows our clinical team to easily place the ECG electrodes on your chest and limbs.
  • Arrival Time: Our team will be ready to receive you. Please come 5 minutes prior to your scheduled slot.
  • What to Bring: Please bring along your NRIC or Identity Card and any existing cardiac reports or a list of current medications.

A: Most reports are ready within 3-5 working days. Our staff will contact you to arrange a review session once the reports are delivered to us.

Q: Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
A: Yes, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to change your appointment time.
